Distribute accredited continuing education online
CMEPEDIA works with accredited content providers to distribute online Continuing Medical Education (CME), Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) courses and webinars to doctors, nurses, dentists, other healthcare professionals and healthcare students in India.

Step 1 - Register as a CME/CDE/CNE content provider
Create a content provider account on CMEPEDIA for free.
Step 2 - Complete your profile
Complete your content provider profile and upload your organisation’s accreditation details and supporting documents. CMEPEDIA will review the submitted information and verify your profile. Only verified content providers can proceed to add educational activities for distribution.
Content providers that are not yet accredited may collaborate with ACCRECENT for support with course development, independent peer review and preparation for accreditation.
Step 3 - Add your educational activity
Add the course or webinar details, such as the title, description, learning objectives, educational materials, applicable credits, contributor information and the accreditation details for that specific activity. You will also be required to submit declarations of interest for the relevant authors, peer reviewers, faculty, moderators and educational planners, where applicable. CMEPEDIA uses a graded declaration system to indicate the level of disclosed interests associated with each activity.
Step 4 - Publish and distribute the activity
Once verified and approved by CMEPEDIA, the course or webinar will be published on CMEPEDIA and made available to healthcare professionals and students.
Step 5 - Monitor performance
Use the content provider dashboard and reports to track sales, learner participation, customer engagement, endorsements and transactions.
CMEPEDIA supports the recognition of international accreditations in India by allowing eligible activities to be submitted for endorsement by relevant Indian professional bodies. Once approved, the international accreditation may be recognised or converted into credits accepted by the relevant Indian professional body.
We will inform you when an accreditation is approved for wider distribution, allowing the eligible course or webinar to reach more healthcare professionals.
You may distribute activities free of cost or charge a fair fee in recognition of the time and expertise involved in developing them.
When setting a price, consider that many healthcare professionals pay for continuing education out of pocket. CMEPEDIA therefore encourages a balance between fair remuneration, accessibility and long-term sustainability. It would help if you sold by module rather than subscription, and our pricing considerations are available to help you.
Paid courses may also be eligible for sponsorship where permitted by the applicable accrediting bodies.
CMEPEDIA currently distributes online continuing education activities in India and plans to expand into other countries. As international distribution becomes available, access and pricing may vary by country. Healthcare professionals may be directed to the appropriate regional platform based on their country of residence and the jurisdiction of their professional body or licensing authority.
